Each submission is required to tick the checkbox to declare if this is a H-share company. Applicants can refer to HKEX's List of H-share Companies. Applications from the companies listed in the above list will be considered as H-share companies.

Submission from H-share company will be considered for 'Outstanding ESG Performance of H-share companies Awards' by the judging panel, and other submission from non-H-share companies will be considered for all 3 award categories including the 'Best in ESG Awards', the 'Best in Reporting Awards' and the 'ESG Report of the Year Awards' by the judging panel. The applicant does not need to choose the award category.

Companies that leverage AI to advance ESG practices and reporting, while demonstrating sound AI governance and a firm commitment to ethical standards are eligible to compete for 'Theme Awards (ESG AI Excellence Awards)'. Please tick for competing the award in the application form.

The judging panel will only assess ESG reports published by companies that the financial year-end date is 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 inclusive.

| - | Duplicated entries will be counted as one submission and only the most recent submission will be processed. |
| - | Submission cut-off time is 11:59pm on 26 April 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Submissions with incomplete information and/or required material will not be assessed. |
| - | Please submit information based on financial year ended between 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 inclusive and the market capitalisation from the HKEX's Price and Market Capitalisation Graph page as at your company's application submission date. Should the date fall on a public holiday, please use data on the last working day before your submission date. |
